All our loans, including our homeowner loan, are unsecured. Our interest rates are competitive with other forms of credit. There are no hidden extras and, if you pay off the loan early, you pay less interest – no penalties.
We are a not for profit, volunteer led, fully regulated organisation. We provide secure, accessible savings to people living or working in Hertfordshire. We support our members to manage their money and build savings for the future so that our members and the local community prosper.
We are a local not-for-profit financial co-operative run by members for members. We have no external shareholders, so any surpluses we make are ploughed back into running the bank or are paid as a dividend to our members. We are part of the credit union movement.
