St Albans Community Bank is committed to providing an excellent service to its members and customers. If however you are not satisfied with the service you receive, we hope to be able to resolve any issue quickly. Our Team

We are run and managed almost entirely by unpaid volunteers. Like every other UK financial organisation, we have a Board which reports regularly to the authorities (Financial Conduct Authority and Prudential Regulation Authority) and prepares the accounts.
