Cash Payments and Withdrawals
Please note that from 12th April the Catherine Street office will no longer handle cash.
This decision has been made due to security considerations and forms part of our strategy to move our operations online.
From this date, all withdrawals will be paid into the member’s bank account using the “faster payment” system. Please ensure that we have details of your bank account to avoid delays in accessing your savings. Payments into your St Albans Community Bank savings can be made using bank transfers or cheques.
