It’s been announced that the Engage Card is being closed down. Please be aware of what this means for members who have an Engage Card.
Engage pre-paid cards have been available to Credit Union members in the UK but will no longer be available. More details can be found at https://engageaccount.com/
If you have an Engage Card account, this will soon be transferring to another Pre-Paid Debit Card provider.
You may have already seen a communication from Engage about their acquisition by SuitsMe. Engage will contact you with specific details on the timeline of the account closure.
This acquisition of Engage means your account will soon be transferring to Suits Me. Please note that Suits Me is not a part of St Albans Community Bank, and we have had no say in the transfer of Engage customers to Suits Me.
If you pay for a loan through your Engage card, please arrange for payment to be changed to your St Albans Community Bank account so your payments stay up to date.
SuitsMe isn’t your only choice for pre-paid cards and we recommend that you look at all your options before the end of the year.
If you do not take action your account will move to Suits Me automatically. The fees on the SuitsMe card are different from your current Engage card, so please take time to understand the pros, cons and fees associated with this card.
