Xmas and New Year
Please note the following arrangements for the holiday period.
- Office closed from midday, Wednesday 24 December 2025.
- Office reopens Friday 02 January 2026 at 8am.
- Share withdrawals (not via members’ area): return by Friday 19 December 2025.
- Online/App withdrawals: cut-off Wednesday 24 December 2025 at 10am.
- Loan applications: must be submitted with all supporting documents by Friday 19 December 2025.
We will try to process late requests where possible, but anything received after deadlines may be handled once we reopen.
You can also visit us each Wednesday at The Hub in St Albans Civic Centre open 10.00-12 noon
